Fire Mountain Residential Treatment Center is looking for Direct Care Counselors for various shifts in Estes Park. Qualifications: 1+ year of experience working with adolescents and/or experience in substance abuse field, ability to exhibit strong boundaries with compassion and heart and strong leadership skills. Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record. First Aid/CPR required. QMAP or willingness to take the class required, and CAC I or II welcome. Recovering people welcome, must have one year substance free.
